The machines are coming.
Someone has to keep them running.

ExolvR is the operating system and exception-data layer for the embodied workforce — the neutral layer that keeps heterogeneous robot fleets under contract, across every vendor on the floor.

The autonomy gap

Autonomy gets robots to 95%.
Contracts demand 99.9%.

The best deployed systems hit task autonomy fast — then grind. Enterprise SLAs don't care. Between what a robot can do and what a contract requires sits a gap that engineers close today by babysitting robots, site by site. It doesn't scale. And no manufacturer can run exception handling for a competitor's robots.

We own the gap — and every exception we resolve becomes the scarcest dataset in physical AI.

The missing layer

Everyone builds the robots.
We build the layer that keeps them running.

Chips & models scale capability

Silicon and foundation models push the ceiling of what a robot can do. None of them keep a customer's fleet under contract.

OEMs ship the hardware

Manufacturers race on product and cede operations — structurally, the way every hardware wave before this one did.

ExolvR keeps them running & learning

The neutral layer that resolves cross-vendor exceptions, funds the SLA, and turns every failure into a proprietary, uncopyable dataset.

A $50B+ operations layer is emerging as fleets cross from pilot to production. The neutral player that owns exceptions owns the loop — and the data.

Careers · founding team

Build the layer with us.

We're assembling a small founding team of people who've run real fleets, shipped real autonomy, and sold real infrastructure. If the gap between 95% and 99.9% is a problem you've felt in your hands, we should talk. Below are the first roles — click a role to express interest.

Head of Robotics Ops

You've run 24/7, multi-site fleet operations at scale — Amazon Robotics, Symbotic, or equivalent. You'll stand up the exception desk that keeps heterogeneous fleets above their SLA.

Founding ML Lead — Autonomy

VLA / teleop-to-policy background (Waymo, Cruise, Nuro, or a frontier robotics lab). You'll turn a corpus of live production failures into the auto-resolution engine.

Head of Fleet Integrations

You live in VDA 5050 and Open-RMF. You'll build the adapters that let one control plane speak to every OEM API on the floor — from AMRs to humanoids.

Enterprise GTM Lead

You've sold mission-critical infrastructure SLAs into industrial buyers — Samsara, Datadog, or similar. You'll land the first lighthouse deployers.

Don't see your exact role but you build things that keep robots honest?

Investors

A software-and-data company,
wearing an operations GTM.

We're raising a seed round to build the neutral exception layer for the embodied workforce — and the in-house, multi-vendor fleet that proves it before a single customer site. We're in conversation with a lead and a small number of strategic robotics and infrastructure angels. The full thesis, market model, and plan are shared under NDA.
